large volumes of documents on a regular basis. CTI provides complete
conversion services for FileNET system users and offers documents and
indices on FileNET-ready channels and migration to other media platforms.
CTI acts as an extension of FileNET users’ business operations, completing
FileNET conversions without any additional traffic on the network system
and allowing faster access to online documents. During the conversion process, CTI emulates your FileNET application and indexing scheme on our FileNET system. We then scan and index the document batches and store them on a FileNET-ready optical media platter. You simply load the platter into your jukebox, granting you instant access to your information. As an added benefit, CTI emulates your application and index on our system, providing a disaster recovery service. If you should experience a failure in your FileNET application, we can help you to recover and continue to capture documents.
